夏威夷的每個島氣圍都好不一樣。歐胡島充滿了來享受美食和購物又怕曬黑的亞洲觀光客，茂宜島則是充滿了曬恩愛的蜜月新婚夫妻。而大島，則是充滿了熱愛戶外運動的各種狂熱分子！！登山露營慢跑游泳騎單車潛水都有！大島的首都科納，更是全世界鐵人三項比賽的聖地呢！這裡簡直就是我的夢想天堂呀～～❤❤❤

今天早上剛剛參加了人生第一場二鐵喔！！跑步五公里，游泳八百公尺！！跑完的感覺真的好棒喔！狂流汗，狂曬黑，皮膚變得好光滑，心裡的滿足感一百分！！🤣🤣🤣

我本來不太會游泳的。因為對於海多少還是有一點點怕怕的。但自從開始潛水之後，我學會了在海裏靜心，放慢動作，仔細體會大海的韻動，和被大海溫柔擁抱的感覺。慢慢的，我對海的恐懼就逐漸消失，也意外的發現，我開始可以很自在地在大海裡游泳了！！！！！這真的是以前很難想像的事情呢。😊😊😊

好多的人生限制，其實都只存在自己對未知的恐懼中。一旦把未知變成已知之後，幾乎什麼事情都可以達到呢！以後要來開始認真努力練習游泳，目標參加鐵人三項！！！💪💪💪

Every island in Hawaii is different. Oahu is full of eating/shopping Asian tourists that are afraid of getting tanned. Maui is full of honeymoony romantic newly weds. But Big Island!!! It is full of outdoor sports enthusiasts!!! Hiking, camping, running, swimming, biking, diving, you name it!!! Kona is even THE place for the most prestige triathlon race in the world! This is really my kind of paradise~~~❤❤❤

I just finished my very first biathlon this morning!! Running 5 km and swimming 800 meters!! It felt soooo good to finish it! Sweated like a dog, tanned like a chocolate brownie, my skin is now super smooth and my heart is super satisfied!!🤣🤣🤣

I couldn't swim well before. It is because I still had a little fear about being in the ocean. But ever since I started scuba diving, I have learned to meditate in the ocean. I can slow down, feel the moments in sea, and feel being embraced by ocean. Gradually, The fear disappears and I can start swimming freely in the ocean!!! This is really something i couldn't imagine doing before.😊😊😊

There are so many life limitations that only exist in our fear of the unknown. Once you turn the unknown into known, you can almost achieve anything!!! I am going to start training for a triathlon!!!💪💪💪
